Albury FC AGM - September 23rd at 8pm

This is a reminder that the AGM is on Monday 23/09/19 at 8pm at Albury Heath Clubhouse.
It's an exciting time to get involved with the club with the upcoming new clubhouse at Albury Heath.
This club development, an investment in excess of half a million pounds of grant money, is a serious step for the club and we need to make the most of this opportunity by having a strong team of leaders and helpers.to drive the club forward. We also need to assign people to take charge and fulfil the commitments we have taken on as part of securing the grant.
We really need parents from our younger age groups to help out with the roles required to run the club. Ideally these should be parents that are not coaching, so the coaches can spend their time focussed on the kids and teams
We also need some people to help with organising events and specifically to help organise the Albury Sports Dinner Dance as the existing organising team are stepping down.
We are particularly looking for welfare officers, a minutes secretary, events organisers, women & girls officer, equipment coordinator, school liaison officer(s), a media secretary and many more.
If people have questions about any roles, or if you feel you'd be able to spare some time in a specific role for the coming season, please let us know.
The club needs your support. Please come along to this meeting to consider taking on a volunteer role for a year.

There won’t time for a full committee meeting as well as AGM but we will look to include a session to raise and discuss issues, and some of these issues may feed into priorities for future committee meetings.
