The Hawks flew out of the blocks with energy and purpose. Captain Kieron orchestrated the midfield, Aaron chased every ball, and the crowd sensed something special was brewing.
1st Goal: George opened the scoring with a sweet strike that thundered past the Martian keeper.
2nd Goal: Woody’s pinpoint clearance from goal set George free, and he smashed it into the bottom corner.
3rd Goal: Keiron threaded a delicious through ball into George’s path, and the hat‑trick hero finished with aplomb.
4th Goal: Keiron then dazzled with intricate footwork, weaving past defenders before slotting into the bottom corner.
Halftime: The Martians battled bravely, but the Hawks were soaring.
? Second Half – The Goalfest Continues
The Martians threw an extra player on despite this reporters protestations, and a composed finish gave them a lifeline at 4–1. But the Hawks responded with ruthless precision.
5th Goal: Arthur embarked on a dazzling solo run, beating two defenders before calmly slotting past the keeper.
6th Goal: George turned provider, tearing down the wing and crossing for Harry to finish from close range.
7th Goal: Keiron produced another wonder goal, weaving past two defenders before smashing into the bottom corner.
8th Goal (Coup de Grâce): George again tore down the wing and crossed for Harry, who coolly applied the final touch.

Behind the fireworks, the Hawks’ defence was rock solid. With three at the back—the two Williams and Lucian—they formed a fortress that the Martians rarely breached. Tackles were crisp, clearances decisive, and their organisation gave the attackers freedom to shine.
