What a performance from the boys today, just can't believe we only went at half time with a 1 nil lead as it could or should have been 4 or 5 as it was a one way traffic against the sun.

2nd went put those chances away as players linked, worked for eachother by creating spaces for them to run to, creating havoc for oppositions, but there was a few moments where we could of looked up and found that pass which I'm certain will come.
Loved how our team learned from last week as we did not let our opposition settle down to take a shot or create any momentum as we were on them like vultures guiding them away from danger without even tackling.

Xavier was in goal all game as he was nursing a knee injury but played for the team and put in an authoritative performance.

Ben our captain, marshalled the team from the back and made all the right decisions via his tackles, interceptions or screaming at his team mates.

Dravan, put in an energetic performance, always overlapping, delivering some dangerous corners which we could have had a couple of goals and finally got his goal from a well placed shot from Max's cross.

Kelan, who played with power never let anyone settle around him, created some great opportunities for the team, smashed the bar from a long distance which I truly thought was in and was a treat every time got the ball.

Jools, our non stop action hero, never stops. Always on opposition heels, finding spaces for others, and not afraid to put in a tackle and a true believer to the cause as he listens and got others involved.

Harry, scored 2 well placed goals from midfield position, as he found spaces created by his team mates as he was so clever to nip into those pockets but there was more to Harry than goals as he bullied the opposition with his shere power, what a performance.

Spencer, non stop running, creating space for others, worked for the team and found spaces and in time he will exploit them with goals.

Sammy, what a performance in the middle of the park as his energy was on overdrive. Created amazing assist, did not stop him coming up against kids twice his size as he tackled, made some intelligent passes and almost scored a goal that his performance deserved.

Will, what a performance as a winger, held and used the lines so well, creating panic into their right back mind, loved his selfless runs and being a dummy to create spaces for his teammates to run onto, never stopped asking for the ball. great performance.

Max another great wing play, pure direct play like the golden days, taking on defenders, crossing, creating a pass or creating an opportunity for himself. Scored our 2nd goal and had other opportunities to assist or score. Max turned in and out made their poor left back chasing his heels.

David, what a performance as a striker. Did not stop running as he made their defenders petrified with his speed. Scored our 1st goal with receive and hit in the roof of the net and then his assist was brilliant, as he chased a loose ball then took control of the play and found a beautiful pass to Harry to score.

Finally, Richard is a true superhero in doing the lines, Vickie promoting positive vibes and wearing the yellow vest and the rest of the vulture parents for your awesome support as I'm sure you all enjoyed the match as much as I did, bring on the next one.

Thanks
